手法整复联合杉树皮夹板外固定法治疗colles骨折的效果观察

Observation of the effect of manipulation combined with Chinese fir splint external fixation in the treatment of colles fracture

目的:观察采用手法整复联合杉树皮夹板外固定法治疗桡骨远端(colles)骨折的效果.方法:将2017年10月至2018年11月四川省自贡市贡井区成佳中心卫生院收治的102例colles骨折患者作为研究对象.将这些患者随机分为对照组(51例)和观察组(51例).为对照组患者采用手法整复法进行治疗.为观察组患者采用手法整复联合杉树皮夹板外固定法进行治疗.然后,比较两组患者握力的评分、手部活动范围的评分、手部功能的评分、疼痛的评分及不良反应的发生率.结果:接受治疗后,观察组患者握力的评分、手部活动范围的评分、手部功能的评分及疼痛的评分均高于对照组患者,其不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:采用手法整复联合杉树皮夹板外固定法治疗colles骨折的效果显著,可降低患者不良反应的发生率,促进其康复.

objective: to observe the effect of manipulation combined with fir splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius (colles) fracture. Methods: 102 patients with colles fracture admitted to chengjia central health center in gongjing district, zigong city, sichuan province from October 2017 to November 2018 were studied. These patients were randomly divided into control group (51 cases) and observation group (51 cases). Patients in the control group were treated by manipulative reconstructive method. In the observation group, the patients were treated with manipulation combined with Chinese fir splint external fixation. Then, the scores of grip strength, hand range of motion, hand function, pain and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the scores of grip strength, hand range of motion, hand function and pain in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: manipulation combined with Chinese fir splint external fixation has a significant effect on colles fracture, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients and promote their recovery.
