丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病的效果探讨

目的:探讨使用丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病的效果.方法:将2017年10月至2018年10月期间攀枝花市仁和区人民医院收治的102例冠心病患者随机分为Ⅰ组(52例)和Ⅱ组(50例).对两组患者均进行常规治疗.在此基础上,为Ⅰ组患者使用丹参多酚酸盐进行治疗,为Ⅱ组患者使用曲美他嗪进行治疗.然后观察两组患者治疗的效果.结果:治疗后,Ⅰ组患者治疗的总有效率高于Ⅱ组患者,P<0.05.结论:使用丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病的效果显著.

objective: to investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolates in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: in October 2017 to October 2018, mr.zhang renhe district people’ s hospital treated 102 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into Ⅰ group (52 cases) and Ⅱ group (50 cases). Routine treatment was performed in both groups. On this basis, for Ⅰ group of patients treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt, asⅡuse trimetazidine treatment group of patients. Then observe the effect of the two groups of patients. Results: after treatment,Ⅰgroups treatment group total effective rate is higher than Ⅱ patients, P < 0.05). Conclusion: salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate has a significant effect on coronary heart disease.
