摘要
目的:研究PDCA循环管理在降低医院药房退药率中的应用效果.方法:北京市第二医院在2017年1月至12月期间将PDCA循环管理应用于医院药房的管理工作中.管理截止后,对比实施PDCA循环管理前(2016年1月至12月)和实施PDCA循环管理后(2017年1月至12月)该医院药房的退药率.结果:与实施PDCA循环管理前相比,实施PDCA循环管理后该医院药房的退药率较低,P<0.05.结论:PDCA循环管理在降低医院药房退药率中的应用效果较好,可有效地降低医院药房的退药率.
objective: to study the application effect of PDCA cycle management in reducing drug withdrawal rate in hospital pharmacy. Methods: Beijing second hospital applied PDCA cycle management to hospital pharmacy management from January to December 2017. After the management deadline, the drug withdrawal rate of the hospital pharmacy was compared before the implementation of PDCA cycle management (January to December 2016) and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management (January to December 2017). Results: compared with before PDCA cycle management, the drug withdrawal rate of the hospital pharmacy was lower after PDCA cycle management (P<0.05). Conclusion: PDCA cycle management is effective in reducing the drug withdrawal rate in hospital pharmacy.
