膝关节镜小切口复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果研究

Study on the effect of small incision reduction and internal fixation of knee joint in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture

目的:探讨使用膝关节镜小切口复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果.方法:将2017年3月至2018年12月在安徽省宣城市中心医院进行治疗的86例胫骨平台骨折患者分为甲组(n=43)和乙组(n=43).对甲组患者使用切开复位内固定术进行治疗.对乙组患者使用膝关节镜小切口复位内固定术进行治疗.然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标、生活质量的评分及膝关节功能的恢复情况.结果:乙组患者生活质量的评分、膝关节功能的优良率均高于甲组患者,P<0.05;乙组患者术中的出血量少于甲组患者,P<0.05;乙组患者进行手术的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间及住院的时间均短于甲组患者,P<0.05.结论:对胫骨平台骨折患者使用膝关节镜小切口复位内固定术进行治疗的效果较好,可有效地改善其膝关节的功能,提高其生活质量.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of small incision reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods: 86 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in xuancheng city center hospital of anhui province from March 2017 to December 2018 were divided into group a (n=43) and group b (n=43). Patients in group a were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Patients in group b were treated with small incision reduction and internal fixation of knee joint. Then, the clinical indicators, quality of life scores and knee function recovery of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of quality of life and the excellent and good rate of knee joint function in group b were higher than those in group a, P < 0.05. The intraoperative blood loss in group b was less than that in group a, P < 0.05. Patients in group b had shorter operative time, postoperative time to get out of bed and hospitalization time than those in group a (P < 0.05). Conclusion: small incision reduction and internal fixation is effective in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture, which can effectively improve the function of the knee and improve die quality of life.
