摘要
短链脂肪酸是人体肠道内的微生物对膳食纤维进行发酵的产物,主要包括乙酸、丙酸及丁酸等.该物质具有为人体提供能量、增强肠道的屏障功能、抗炎、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等作用,且其在人体中的含量与人发生代谢性疾病及炎症性肠病等疾病具有一定的相关性.本文对短链脂肪酸的检测方法、生理作用及其与人罹患糖尿病、结肠病、高血压、肥胖及肝癌等疾病的关系做一综述.
short-chain fatty acid is the product of fermentation of dietary fiber by microorganisms in human intestinal tract, including acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid. This substance has the functions of providing energy for human body, enhancing intestinal barrier function, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and immune regulation, and its content in human body has certain correlation with the occurrence of metabolic diseases and inflammatory bowel diseases. This paper reviews the detection methods, physiological effects of short chain fatty acids and their relationship with diabetes, colonic disease, hypertension, obesity and liver cancer.
