对接受无张力疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者进行临床路径护理的效果探讨

目的:探讨对接受无张力疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者进行临床路径护理的临床效果.方法:将2016年7月至2017年7月期间某医院收治的100例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象.将这100例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有50例患者.对两组患者均进行无张力疝修补术.同时,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行临床路径护理.然后,比较两组患者住院的时长、住院的费用、术后并发症的发生率及其对护理服务的满意率.结果:接受护理后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者住院的时长更短,其住院的费用和术后并发症的发生率均更低,其对护理服务的满意率更高,P<0.05.结论:对接受无张力疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者进行临床路径护理的效果显著,可有效地降低其术后并发症的发生率,缩短其住院的时间,减少其医疗费用,提高其对护理服务的满意度.

objective: to explore the clinical effect of clinical pathway nursing for inguinal hernia patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair. Methods: 100 cases oS inguinal hernia patients admitted to a hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were studied. The 100 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. Tension-free hernia repair was performed in both groups. At the same time, patients in the control group were given routine nursing, patients in the observation group were given clinical path nursing. Then, length of stay, cost of stay, incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results: after receiving nursing care, compared with patients in the control group, patients in the observation group spent less time in hospital, had lower incidence of hospitalization costs and postoperative complications, and had higher satisfaction rate of nursing services (P < 0.05). Conclusion: clinical pathway nursing for inguinal hernia patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten their hospital stay, reduce their medical costs, and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
