我国检测机构发展中的缺陷产品管理意识

Defect product management consciousness in the development of inspection institutions in China

近年来,随着检测行业的发展,中国检测机构发展迅速。如何发挥好检测机构在缺陷产品管理中的作用,从源头上做好产品质量管理工作是一个值得深思的问题。分析了检测机构的特点和缺陷产品管理意识,讨论了第三方检测机构在缺陷产品管理中应发挥的作用。结果表明:检测机构应该进一步解放思想,提升认识水平,强化社会责任意识、产品质量安全意识和风险管理意识,从而有效推进产品质量提升工作。

In recent years, with the development of testing industry, Chinese testing institutions have developed rapidly. How to play the role of inspection institutions in defective product management, and how to do well in product quality management from the source, is a thought-povoking problem.The characteristics of inspection institutions and the management awareness of defective products were analyzed, and the role of third-party inspection institutions in defective products was discussed.The results showed that testing institutions should further emancipate their minds, raise their awareness level, and strengthen their awareness of social responsibility, product quality and safety, and risk management, so as to effectively promote product quality improvement.
