摘要
研究了3种欧洲和美国品牌烘干机的差异性,比较了欧洲Electrolux、欧洲ATLAS和美国Whirlpool烘干机空载时箱体温度及负载时试样温度,以及不同烘干机烘干对试样收缩率和外观的影响。结果表明:Electrolux温度变化范围大,烘干速度快,箱体温度高,过烘后试样温度低;Whirlpool温度变化范围不及Electrolux,且变化速度慢,箱体温度低,过烘试样温度高;ATLAS高温波动范围狭窄,烘干速度慢,湿态试样温度高;Electrolux对试样收缩率的影响优于Whirlpool,且Whirlpool优于ALTAS烘干机;若不过烘试样,烘干机类型对试样外观影响较小;若过烘试样,烘干机类型对试样外观影响较大,尤其是对深底白涂层面料和改性腈纶及腈纶长毛绒产品。
The differences between European and American dryers were studied. The cabinet temperature and sample temperature under load of European Electrolux, European ATLAS and American Whirlpool dryers and the effect on the fabric appearance and shrinkage rate were compared.The results showed that Electrolux had a large temperature range, fast drying speed, high temperature of the box and low temperature of the sample after drying. Whirlpool temperature range was not as wide as Electrolux, with the slow change speed, low cabinet temperature, and the overdrying sample temperature was high. ATLAS had a narrow high temperature fluctuation range, a slow drying speed,and the temperature of wet state sample was high. Electrolux had better effect on shrinkage than Whirlpool, and Whirlpool was better than ALTAS dryer. If the sample was not overdried, the type of dryer had little influence on the appearance of the sample. If the sample was overdried, the type of dryer had a great influence on the appearance of the sample, especially for the deep-bottom white coating fabric and modified acrylic and acrylic plush products.
