摘要
河南油田原油蜡含量高、黏度大并且流动性差,给开采带来很大困难。双空心杆热水循环技术,利用地面加热和加压流程,实现热载体在双空心杆内闭式循环,从而加热油管与外空心杆环空产出液,有效地解决了原油井筒流动问题。结合河南油田同轴式双空心杆闭式循环举升工艺应用情况,对双空心杆热水循环井筒举升工艺进行了参数优化。结果表明,建立的同轴式双空心杆井筒流体温度计算模型,优化了热水循环参数,保证井口出油温度,改善了原油流动性。
The crude oil in Henan oilfield is characterized by high wax content,high viscosity and poor fluidity,which brings great difficulties to exploitation.The hot water circulation technology in double hollow rod,by using the ground heating and pressurizing process,the internal closed cycle of heat carrier in double hollow rod was achieved,which effectively solved the problem of wellbore flow of crude oil.Combined with the application of closed cycle in coaxial double hollow rod of lifting technology in Henan oilfield,parameter optimization of hot water circulation in double hollow rod of wellbore lifting technology was carried out.The results show that the established temperature calculation model of wellbore fluid in coaxial double hollow rod optimizes the hot water circulation parameters,ensures the wellhead oil temperature and improves the crude oil fluidity.
