妇科千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗慢性盆腔炎临床有效率研究

Clinical effectiveness of gynecological qianjin capsule combined with levofloxacin tablets in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨慢性盆腔炎实施妇科千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗的有效率。方法:对本院妇产科收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者(2017年1月至2018年5月)进行研究,按随机数表法分为西药组(n=40,左氧氟沙星片)和联合组(n=40,妇科千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片),分析患者的疗效及安全性。结果:联合组治疗总有效率、治疗后临床症状改善率、IL-10明显高于西药组,TNF-α、6个月内复发率显著低于西药组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:慢性盆腔炎实施妇科千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗疗效良好,复发率低。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of gynecological Qianjin capsule combined with levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (from January 2017 to May 2018) were enrolled in our hospital. They were divided into western medicine group ( n =40, levofloxacin tablets) and combined by random number table method. The group ( n =40, gynecological Qianjin capsule combined with levofloxacin tablets) was used to analyze the efficacy and safety of the patients. Results: The total effective rate, the improvement rate of clinical symptoms after treatment, IL-10 was significantly higher than that of western medicine group, and the recurrence rate of TNF-α and 6 months was significantly lower than that of western medicine group ( P < 0.05). There was no difference in incidence rate ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with gynecological Qianjin capsule combined with levofloxacin tablets has good curative effect and low recurrence rate.
