摘要 加强高校文化建设是坚定文化自信的必然要求,也是推动高校内涵式发展的重要举措。实现文化育人在高职院校育人过程中的价值引领、规范约束、凝聚激励和能力提升等功能,必须深入挖掘和深刻领会文化育人的历史要素、环境要素、主体要素和开放要素的内涵价值。通过历史性文化要素的传承、环境性文化要素的营造、主体性文化要素的归位和开放性文化要素的融入等方式,充分合理地运用和配置各项文化育人要素,打造独有的高职育人文化,构建高品质的现代高职文化育人体系。 Strengthening the cultural construction of colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement of strengthening cultural self-confidence, and also an important measure to promote the connotative development of colleges and universities. In order to realize the functions of value guidance, normative restraint, cohesive incentive and ability enhancement in the process of educaton in higher vocational colleges, we must dig and understand the connotative value of the historical, environmental, main and open elements of cultural education. Through the inheritance of historical cultural elements, the construction of environmental cultural elements, the location of subjective cultural elements and the integration of open cultural elements, we can fully and reasonably use and allocate various cultural and educational elements, create unique culture of higher vocational education, and construct a high-quality modern cultural and educational system of higher vocational education.
