6km长公路隧道全射流纵向排烟现场实体火灾试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究6km长公路隧道全射流纵向排烟的可行性与有效性,依托羊鹿山隧道开展全射流纵向排烟现场实体火灾试验。试验在不利于排烟的下坡隧道(左洞)内进行,考虑5、10、20MW3个不同等级的火灾规模,并对不同工况下隧道内沿程风速、排烟时间等进行研究。通过对不同火灾工况下油盘火现场试验,得出如下结论:1)现场火灾试验期间,羊鹿山隧道左洞内自然风速为1.0~1.6m/s,与排烟方向相反,为排烟阻力;2)隧道内开启6组以上风机时,下坡隧道内沿程风速大于3.0m/s;3)根据5、10、20MW油盘火排烟试验结果,采用全射流纵向排烟方式能将隧道内烟气全部排出洞外,且从点火开始到烟气全部排出洞外的时间约为30min。 In order to study the feasibility and effectiveness of full jet longitudinal smoke exhaust in a 6 km highway tunnel,the full jet longitudinal smoke exhaust field fire test is conducted in Yanglushan Tunnel.The fire test of three grades of 5 MW,10 MW and 20 MW are carried out in the left tunnel of Yanglushan Tunnel,which is a downhill tunnel that is not conducive to smoke exhaustion.During the fire test,the wind velocity along the tunnel and smoke exhaust time in the tunnel under different fire conditions are studied.Through the field test of oil pool fire under different fire conditions,the research results are as follows:(1) The natural wind velocity in the left tunnel of the Yanglushan Tunnel is 1.0-1.6 m/ s during the field fire test,and the wind direction is opposite to the direction of smoke exhaust,which is resistance for smoke exhaust.(2) The wind velocity is greater than 3.0 m/ s along the downhill tunnel when more than 6 groups of jet fans are started up.(3) According to the oil pool fire smoke test results of fire heat release rate of 5 MW, 10 MW and 20 MW,all smoke can be exhausted completely outside the tunnel through full jet longitudinal exhaust method,and the time from fire ignition to smoke exhaustion completed is about 30 min.
