试论山西省黏虫越冬代中转区域及1、2代蛾量相关性

Preliminary study of transition area of the overwintering generation adults of Mythimna separate(Walker) in Shanxi province and the quantity correlation between different regions during its first and second generations

根据雌蛾卵巢发育级别数据,对山西省黏虫常发区虫源地进行分析,并结合2012-2018年相关监测站点各代次诱蛾量数据初步推断不同地区间虫量相关性。结果表明,越冬代北迁黏虫在山西省分别形成南部、中部和北部3个滞留区域。通过构建一元线性回归方程进行分析,芮城1代蛾量与昔阳、白泉、汾阳1代蛾量极显著相关;王郭1代蛾量与汾阳1代蛾量、王郭2代蛾量与白泉2代蛾量呈显著相关。由此推测,山西省内1、2代黏虫的主要虫源地为芮城、王郭。

According to ovarian developmental data of female adults of Mythimna separate(Walker), the transition areas of M. separate in Shanxi province was analyzed and described as southern, middle and northern detention areas. Based on amounts of trapped adults at different monitoring stations during first and second generations of M. separate from 2012 to 2018, linear regression equations were constructed between relevant stations. More specifically, amounts of the 1 st generation adults of M. separate in Ruicheng were significantly correlated with those in Xiyang, Baiquan and Fenyang;amounts of 1 stgeneration adults in Wangguo were significantly correlated with those in Fenyang and 2 ndgeneration in Wangguo and Baiquan. The results indicated that Ruicheng and Wangguo would be source base of 1 stand 2 ndgeneration adults of M. separate in Shanxi province.
