化学污泥制备非烧结砖的实验研究

摘要 以化学污泥为原料制备非烧结砖,探究了5种不同添加剂及其添加量对非烧结污泥砖抗压强度的影响。结果显示,最佳添加剂为PVA胶,其次为水玻璃和抗裂纤维,砂子和糯米胶的效果较差。当PVA胶添加量为1.5%时,抗压强度达到最大,为10.2MPa,24h吸水后的抗压强度为5.9MPa。 The non-sintered bricks were prepared using the chemical sludge as raw materials, and the effects of five different additives and their contents on the compressive strength of non-sintered sludge bricks were investigated. The results showed that the best additive is PVA glue, followed by water glass and anti-cracking fiber, and the effects of sand and glutinous rice glue is poor. When the amount of PVA glue was 1.5%, the compressive strength reached a maximum of 10.2 MPa, and the compressive strength after 24 hours of water absorption was 5.9 MPa.
