摘要
介绍了壳牌干粉煤气化配套的湿洗合成气系统工艺流程以及运行中出现的问题。主要分析了湿洗工序循环洗涤水水质恶化导致循环水泵及文丘里堵塞的原因,并提出壳牌气化炉湿洗系统一旦发现黑水,应及时停车处理,若坚持运行,会导致湿洗系统堵塞,管道结垢,甚至影响后工序变换催化剂的寿命。严格控制湿洗系统循环水的pH值在7.5左右,降低pH至5.5左右,会缓解管道结垢堵塞情况,但会加剧管道和设备腐蚀。
This paper introduces the process flow of wet syngas system for Shell dry pulverized coal gasification and the problems in operation.This paper mainly analyses the causes of blockage of circulating water pump and Venturi caused by deterioration of water quality of circulating washing water in wet cleaning process,and puts forward that once black water is found in the wet cleaning system of Shell gasifier,timely shutdown treatment will lead to blockage of wet cleaning system,scaling of pipeline,and even affect the life of catalyst in later process.Strictly controlling the pH value of circulating water in wet washing system is about 7.5,and reducing the pH value to about 5.5 will alleviate the scaling and blockage of pipelines,but aggravate the corrosion of pipelines and equipment.
