摘要
油品加工装置中设置氢裂化单元,主要为了将加氢精制单元来的部分重油、精制尾油、塔顶富气和低分气进行处理,经过分馏塔,减压塔,吸收脱洗塔等装置,产出LPG、石脑油、柴油组分,尾油。重点对在化工实际生产过程中,发现减压塔顶分水罐的污油排放频繁,遂考虑减少排放,增加产品产量;研究调整减压塔操作参数,保证了侧线产品的合格和分水罐的分离效果,遂在此基础上增加跨线到柴油线,不仅能提升产量,也减轻了后系统处理污油的负担。
Hydrocracking unit is set up in oil processing unit. The main purpose is to treat some heavy oil, refined tail oil, rich gas and low gas from hydrofining unit. LPG, naphtha, diesel oil and tail oil are produced by fractionating tower, vacuum tower and absorption and elution tower. This paper focused on the chemical production process, found that the top water tank of vacuum tower emits contaminated oil frequently. By reducing emissions and increasing product output, the operation parameters of vacuum tower is studied and adjusted to ensure the qualifications of side-line products and the separation effect of water tank. On this basis, increasing the cross-line to diesel line will not only increase the output, but also reduce the burden of waste oil treatment in the post-system.
