焦化厂酸气管道堵塞原因及解决措施

摘要 邯钢焦化厂真空碳酸钾脱硫自投用以来,酸气管道堵塞对脱硫生产造成了严重的影响。本文主要分析了三种消除管道堵塞的方法:配置酸气水封、脱硫塔前设置水洗塔、管道注水法,结合生产实际状况采取管道注水法,延长了管道堵塞周期,减缓了清洗管道的压力。 Since the vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization of the Coking Plant of Hansteel Company has been put into use, the blockage of sour gas pipeline has had a serious impact on the desulfurization production. This paper mainly analyzes three methods to eliminate pipeline blockage: the acid gas seal, the water wash tower before the desulfurization tower, the pipeline water injection method, and the pipeline water injection method in combination with the actual production conditions, which prolongs the pipeline blockage period and slows down the pressure of the pipeline.
