潞安费托合成分离系统运行中存在问题及整改措施

费托合成反应分离系统主要包括:反应器中部的过滤管、反应器顶部的悬液分离器、循环换热分离器、轻质油分离器、压缩机入口分液罐、油水分离器、汽提塔等。这些部件及设备的平稳运行关系着整个费托合成系统的平稳运行。目前潞安100万t/a煤间接液化项目处于试生产阶段,费托合成1系列、2系列已投产并满负荷运行,实际运行中分离系统的数据与设计值存在一定差距,分离系统产物分离不彻底已经严重影响了产品质量,并对装置的长周期稳定运行造成影响,部分问题经过停车技改后已得到改善。

Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction separation system mainly includes: filter tube in the reactor, suspension separator at the top of the reactor, circulating heat exchanger separator, light oil separator, liquid separator at the entrance of compressor, oil-water separator, stripper, etc. The smooth operation of these components and equipment is related to the smooth operation of the whole Fischer-Tropsch synthesis system. At present, 1 million t/a coal indirect liquefaction project is in the trial production stage. Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis Series 1 and Series 2 have been put into operation and run at full load. There is a certain gap between the data of separation system and the design value in actual operation. The incomplete separation of products of separation system has seriously affected the product quality, and the long-term stable operation of the unit has been achieved. Some problems have been improved after parking technology reform.
