摘要
为了解决职业院校教学PID控制过程中所存在的问题,文章以电机转速为控制对象,构建了一种由FX3U-32MRPLC、MCGS触摸屏、FR-E740变频器、FX3U-3A-ADP模块、三相交流异步电动机(带编码器)组成的简单、可行、便于实现的电机转速PID控制系统。该控制系统的搭建结合了职业院校学生的特点,用大量形象、具体的画面和数据将PID理论深入浅出地讲解清楚,有助于解决传统教学方式下PID调节规律的教学抽象、不便于学生理解等问题。
In order to solve the problem in the process of teaching PID control in vocational schools, with the motor speed as the control object, a simple, feasible and convenient PID control system composed of FX3U-32MR PLC, MCGS touch screen, FR-E740 inverter, FX3U-3A-ADP module and three-phase AC asynchronous motor (with encoder) is constructed. The construction of the control system combines the characteristics of students in vocational schools. It uses a large number of images, specific pictures and data to explain the PID theory in a simple way, which is helpful to solve the situation that the PID regulation law has abstract teaching content and is not easy for students to understand under the traditional teaching mode.
