摘要
某发电公司磨煤机采用ZGM123型中速磨煤机,配备静态分离器,运行时存在磨煤机出口煤粉分配不均、煤粉细度调节范围不能满足燃烧要求、分离器通风阻力偏大、分离效率低等问题。为改善这些问题,在确保锅炉安全、经济运行的前提下,对磨煤机进行动态分离器改造,并进行了性能试验。试验结果表明,改造后实现了对磨煤机煤粉细度的自由调节,方便了运行调整,磨煤机进出口差压降低、单耗下降、最大出力增加。
A coal mill of a power generation company adopts a ZGM123 medium-speed coal mill with static separator. During operation, there are problems of uneven distribution of pulverized coal at the outlet of the coal mill, the adjustment range of the pulverized coal fineness being unable to meet the combustion requirements, large ventilation resistance of the separator, and low separation efficiency. In order to improve these problems, under the premise of ensuring the safe and economic operation of the boiler, the dynamic separator of the coal mill was transformed and the performance test was carried out. The test results show that after the transformation, the fine adjustment of pulverized coal fineness of the coal mill is realized, which facilitates the operation adjustment. For the transformed coal mill, the differential pressure of the inlet and outlet is reduced, the unit consumption is decreased, and the maximum output is increased.
