摘要 针对一起变压器突发短路事故,从故障录波、保护动作情况等方面进行分析,初步判断变压器低压侧出线短路故障电流冲击引起绕组变形发生匝间短路是导致变压器跳闸的主要原因,并对故障变压器进行绝缘电阻测试、油气色谱分析、短路阻抗试验、绕组变形频响测试等诊断性试验,试验数据验证了诊断结果。 In view of a sudden short-circuit accident of transformer, the fault recording and protection action were analyzed. It was preliminarily judged that the winding deformation caused by short-circuit fault current impulse on the low-voltage side of transformer was the main cause of transformer tripping. The insulation resistance of the fault transformer was tested. Diagnostic tests such as gas chromatographic analysis, short circuit impedance test and winding deformation frequency response test verified the diagnostic results.
