通过与国际一流配电网对标分析,指出我国配电网建设工作中存在的不足,并针对存在的具体问题制定了技术策略,最后进行了停电时间测算及可靠性评估,对一流配电网建设具有十分重要的指导意义。

Through benchmarking of the world-class distribution networks, this paper points out the shortcomings in the construction of distribution networks in China, formulates the technical strategy for the specific problems, and carries out the power outage time calculation and reliability assessment, which has important guiding significance for the construction of first-class distribution networks.
