摘要
根据水冷式电机的特点,文章分析了造成水冷式电机整体温度高、冷却散热管渗水、散热管淤泥堵塞、水冷器结垢严重、电机绝缘老化等问题的原因,有针对性地制定处理措施,以保证电机的正常使用,提高设备稳定运行的可靠性。
According to the characteristics of the water-cooled motor, the causes of high overall temperature of the water-cooled motor, water seepage in the cooling heat dissipation pipe, silt blocking in the heat dissipation pipe, serious scaling in the water cooler and aging of the motor insulation were analyzed. Specific measures should be taken to ensure the normal use of the motor and improve the reliability of the stable operation of the equipment.
