摘要 文章设计了一套基于切换滤波信号处理算法的电梯防滑性能型式试验装置。该装置利用切换滤波策略进行噪声信号处理,具有测量精度高、操作简单、安全系数高等显著优点,能够快速、方便、自动、准确地获得梯级和踏板踏面、梳齿支撑板和楼层板表面防滑性能试样的防滑等级。 In this paper, a set of type test device of anti-slip performance for escalators based on signal processing algorithm with switching filtering is designed. The device utilizes the switching filtering strategy for noise signal processing, and has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, simple operation and high safety factor, which can quickly, conveniently, automatically and accurately obtain the anti-slip performance levels of surface anti-slip performance samples of the step and pedal tread, the comb support plate and the floor plate.
