摘要
[目的]构建一种电化学传感器,用于水产品中敌草隆的检测。[方法]将氨水和肼作为还原剂,通过一步法合成了氯化血红素功能化的还原氧化石墨烯复合纳米材料,采用安培响应法分析敌草隆在纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为。[结果]该传感器可在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(0.1mol/L,pH7.4)中,-0.35V(vs.Ag/AgCl)电位下通过电流法检测敌草隆含量,线性范围为6.00×10^-12~3.24×10^-10mol/L,检测限低至1.09×10^-12mol/L(S/N=3),选择性令人满意,并且表现出良好的重现性和稳定性。[结论]该传感器可用于确定水产品中敌草隆的存在,具有良好的应用前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to construct an electrochemical sensor for the detection of diuron in aquatic products.[Method]The hemin-functionalized graphene oxide (Hemin-rGO) composite was synthesized by one-pot method with ammonia solution and hydrazine solution as reducing agents.Electrochemical behavior of diuron on nanocomposite modified glassy carbon electrode was analyzed by amperometric response method.[Result]The sensor was applied in the amperometric determination of diuron at -0.35 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in a phosphate buffer ( 0. 1 mol/L,pH 7.4)with a linear range from 6.00 × 10 -12 mol/L to 3.24 × 10 -10 mol/L, detection limit as low as 1.09 × 10 -12 mol/L ( S/N =3). The sensor also showed satisfactory selectivity with good repeatability and stability.[Conclusion] The sensor can be used to determine the presence of diuron in aquatic products and has a good application prospect.
