“稻田+”导向下的乡村振兴产业模式探析——以四川省开江县为例

Exploration on the Industrial Model of Rural Revitalization under the Guidance of “Paddy Field+” ——Taking Kaijiang County of Sichuan Province as an Example

“稻田+”是基于农业综合效益提升而提出的稻田经济创新模式,对推进农业供给侧结构性改革具有重要意义。该研究以“稻田+”发展模式的先行者四川省开江县为例,详细解读了“稻田+”产业模式内涵及作用机理,介绍了“稻田+”田园综合体项目的打造思路,并提出强化农业品牌、培育农旅融合项目、创建新村建设模式、连锁餐厅营销等“稻田+”的运营模式,有效推进农业产业升级、乡村振兴。

“Paddy field +”is an innovative mode of paddy field economy based on the promotion of agricultural comprehensive benefits, which is of great significance to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side. Taking Kaijiang County, Sichuan Province, as an example, the pioneer of the “paddy field +” development model, this study interpreted the connotation and mechanism of the “paddy field +” industrial model in detail, introduced the idea of building the “paddy field +” pastoral complex project, and put forward the operation mode of “paddy field +” such as strengthening agricultural brand, cultivating the integration project of agriculture and tourism, creating new village construction mode, chain restaurant marketing, etc.,so as to promote agricultural upgrading and rural revitalization.
