摘要
针对Y型钼棒轧机的轧辊在轧制过程中出现的表面凹陷、断裂等问题,通过设计新的轧辊结构、改善轧辊表面合金层厚度、控制轧辊使用时间,可显著减少轧辊异常损坏,保障轧机长期稳定运行,有效掌控轧制工艺的执行,提高了轧制钼杆的表面质量及产品的成品率。
Aiming at the problem of surface depression and fracture of Y-type molybdenum bar mill roll in rolling process,by designing new structure,improving the thickness of surface alloy layer and controlling the service time,abnormal damage can be significantly reduced,the long-term stable operation of the mill can be ensured,the implementation of rolling process can be effectively controlled,and the surface quality of rolling molybdenum bar and the finished product rate can be improved.
