摘要
近10年来,国外有关开放教育资源(OER)的研究已在开放教育资源的概念、价值与功能以及结构等问题上形成共识。大规模在线开放课程及学习方式变革、开放评估资源和开放教育资源对教与学的影响等研究主题是学者们普遍关注的热点问题。未来,服务于特殊教育与学习群体、消解高等教育体系的功能将成为开放教育资源的发展趋势。
The past 10 years have seen foreign research on open educational resources (OER) mainly focus on the concept,value,function and structure of OER.Research topics such as MOOC and changes in learning style,open evaluation resources,and the impact of open educational resources on teaching and learning are the hot issues that scholars are generally concerned about.In the future,the function of serving special education and learning groups and dissolving the higher education system will become the trend of open educational resources.
