研究生科研水平的质量保障、评价机制与奖励政策——以香港大学和香港中文大学为例 被引量:6

A comparative study of quality assurance, evaluation mechanism and incentive policy in graduate research level based on the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong

摘要 香港大学和香港中文大学作为华文地区、亚洲乃至世界知名的研究型大学,在研究生科研水平的质量保障、评价机制与奖励政策等方面存在着一定的异同之处。在研究生科研水平质量保障方面,两校关注研究伦理问题,提供详细的课程指导和服务并且有着严格的学习休假规定;在评价机制方面,两校认为课程学习是关键,学位论文是核心;在奖助政策方面,两校对于研究生的学术支持以奖学金为主,激励学生追求卓越,并为其提供贷款。香港大学和香港中文大学研究生科研水平的质量保障、评价机制与奖励政策对大陆高校提升研究生科研水平有一定的启示:要加强理论指导与服务,建立研究生科研水平质量保障体系;要丰富课程评价方式,完善研究生科研水平评价机制;要提供研究资助和支持,完善研究生科研奖励政策和体系。 As the famous research universities in China, Asia and even the world, both University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong have some similarities and differences in quality assurance, evaluation mechanism and incentive policies for postgraduate research. In terms of the quality assurance of postgraduates′ scientific research, the two universities pay attention to the research ethics, provide detailed instruction and services, and have strict rules on study leave. In terms of the evaluation mechanism, the two universities consider that coursework is the key part and the dissertation is the core part. In terms of incentive policy, the academic support for graduate students in both schools is based on scholarships, encouraging students to their development and providing loans to them. The quality assurance, evaluation mechanism and incentive policy of graduate students at University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong have some enlightenment to improve the scientific research level of postgraduates in mainland universities. It is necessary to strengthen the theoretical guidance and service and establish the quality assurance system of postgraduate scientific research level. And the universities in mainland should improve the evaluation mechanism for graduate research, provide research funding and support, and improve graduate research incentive policies and systems.
