摘要
高校外语教师具备必要的课堂评价素养有助于优化评价方法和效果,提高外语课堂教学质量,促进教师自身的专业发展。目前在我国外语教学改革向纵深推进的过程中,针对外语教师课堂评价素养的实证研究相对匮乏。在调查研究的基础上考察现阶段大学英语教师课堂评价素养的现状和存在的问题,探讨提升外语教师评价素养的发展策略。研究结果表明,当前大学英语教师课堂评价素养的整体情况不容乐观,教师课堂评价的基础理论和实践层面都亟待完善与提高。
Classroom assessment literacy possessed by College English teachers is helpful for them to optimize assessment methods and results, improve classroom teaching quality, and facilitate teachers′ professional development. In the deepening process of foreign language teaching reform, very few empirical studies have been conducted on English teachers′ classroom assessment literacy. Based on investigation, this study intends to examine the current situation and existing problems in College English teachers′ classroom assessment literacy, aiming to explore the relative development strategies. The results show that the present classroom assessment literacy of College English teachers is not satisfactory. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to upgrade to a higher level both in theory and in practice.
