从“一村一”试点到参与乡村振兴战略——对广播电视大学开展“一村一名大学生计划”的回顾与思考

From the Pitot Program of‘One Vilage one College Sutent’ to Participating in the Strategy of Vitalizing the Countryside

“一村一名大学生计划”是教育部于2003年决定在全国试点,交由广播电视大学实施的农民大学生培养计划。自2004年全国广播电视大学首次招生至今已经过了16个年头,现“一村一名大学生计划”随着中央广播电视大学的转型,步入内涵发展阶段,积极参与国家推行的乡村振兴战略,为乡村建设贡献力量。“一村一名大学生计划”只有积极参加乡村建设任务,拓展教育功能并与农村社区教育深度融合,才能够持续深入发展。

"One Village One College Student Plan" is a training plan for peasant College students, which was decided by the Ministry of Education in 2003 to be implemented by Radio and Television University. It has been 16 years since the first enrollment of the National Radio and Television University in 2004. With the transformation of the Central Radio and Television University, the "One Village One College Student Program" has entered the stage of connotation development, actively participated in the country's Rural Revitalization strategy, and contributed to rural construction. Only by actively participating in the task of rural construction, expanding educational functions and deeply integrating with rural community education, can the "One Village and One College Student Plan" continue to develop in depth.
