以特色课程战略助推地方电大转型升级——以陕西广播电视大学延安市分校为例

Promoting the Transition and Upgrading of Local RTVU to Open Universities with the Strategy of Characteristic Courses —— Taking Yan’an Branch of Shaanxi RTVU as an Example

延安红色教育资源是新时期开展公民教育的特色教育资源。延安电大在向开放大学转型升级的关键阶段,要利用好延安红色教育特有优势开展“特色课程战略”,不断探索能够培育自身竞争优势的特色课程。本文从延安红色教育资源建设意义、延安红色教育资源的优势、延安红色教育资源建设路径等方面进行了探讨。

Yan'an red education resources are the characteristic educational resources for civic education in the new period. Yan'an Radio and TV University should make good use of the unique advantages of Yan'an Red Education to carry out "characteristic curriculum strategy" in the key stage of transformation and upgrading to an open university, and constantly explore the characteristic curriculum that can cultivate its own competitive advantage. This paper discusses the significance of Yan'an red education resources construction, the advantages of Yan'an red education resources, and the construction path of Yan'an red education resources.
