新时期边远贫困地区人才培养模式改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Talent Training Mode in Remote and Poor Areas in the New Period

四十年艰苦创业,电大教育取得了辉煌成就,已经成为我国高等继续教育的主力军。商洛电大在极端艰苦的条件下,立足于边远贫困地区的实际,准确定位办学功能和地位,以服务地方经济社会发展为宗旨,以培养“留得住、用得上”的紧缺应用型人才为目标,不断创新,探索出一条边远贫困地区人才培养模式改革的新路子。本文以商洛电大办学实践为例,从人才培养模式改革应坚持的基本原则和教育教学改革的实践两个方面加以总结和探索,以期能够推动商洛电大开放教育更健康地发展,同时也为兄弟电大提供一定参考。

Forty years of arduous pioneering, The education of Shangluo Branch of Shaanxi Open University has made brilliant achievements, has become the main force of China's adult higher continuing education, Shangluo Branch of Shaanxi Open University in extreme hard conditions, based on the reality of the outlying and poverty-stricken areas, accurate orientation of running a school function and status, for the purpose of serving local economic and social development, to develop "to retain and use" the shortage of applied talents as the goal, continuous innovation, explore a outlying and poverty-stricken areas the new way of talent training mode reform. Taking the education practice of Shangluo Branch of Shaanxi Open University as an example, this paper summarizes and explores the basic principles of talent training mode reform and the practice of education and teaching reform, hoping to promote the healthy development of Shangluo Branch of Shaanxi Open University and provide some references for brother open university.
