摘要
目的:比较急危重症护理学课中运用PBL教学法与传统教学法对学生闭卷理论考试成绩的影响。方法:抽取安康职业技术学院2017级高等职业护理专业学生两个班161名学生,随机分成试验组1班81人、对照组2班80人,干预后闭卷理论考试并对比分析。结果:成绩总分和问答题、论述题成绩试验组比对照组高(p<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法与传统教学法更能促进理论考试成绩的提高,尤其体现在综合分析性问题的解答。
Objective: To compare the effects of PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method on students 'test results in emergency intensive care. Methods: 161 students were selected from two classes of higher vocational nursing students at ankang vocational and technical college in 2017. They were randomly divided into 81 students in one class and 80 students in two classes in the control group. Results: The test group with total score, question and answer questions was higher than the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method can promote the improvement of theoretical test results, especially in the comprehensive analytical questions.
