大学生法律素养现状的分析与思考——基于陕西省部分高校的实证调查

Analysis and Consideration on the Present Situation of Students’ Legal Literacy in Higher Vocational Colleges——An Empirical Investigation Based on Some Higher Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi Province

党的十九大确立的全面依法治国的法治中国化进程不能缺少大学生群体的参与和践行,法制教育及素养提升尤为重要。通过对高校的法制教育及法律素养现状的实证性调查,大学生在围绕法律知识、法律意识及素养方面差强人意,其原因来自多方面。基于此,我们提出提出“一线一面”的法律素养培养模式的思路,以期为大学生群体法律素养培养方面提供有益的参考。

The process of rule of law in China established by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is indispensable to the participation and practice of College students. Legal education and literacy improvement are particularly important. Through the empirical investigation of the legal education and legal literacy in Higher Vocational colleges, the students are unsatisfactory in terms of legal knowledge, legal awareness and literacy. The reasons come from many aspects. Based on this, we put forward the train of thought of "one-sided" legal literacy training mode, in order to provide useful reference for the training of College Students'legal literacy.
