摘要
环境责任保险是填补受害人损失、减轻污染者负担、降低政府环境压力的重要举措。依靠非寿险理论探索环境污染损失、厘定环境污染责任险保费,将能够进一步提高环境责任险的公众认可度。本文从极限和特例角度,给出了幂变换Beta分布簇为核心的环境污染损失分布脉络关系,并探讨了典型分布在环境污染损失拟合中的适用性,形成了环境污染损失分布的拟合步骤,为环境污染保费合理厘定提供了更为全面的损失分布确定体系。
Environmental liability insurance is an important measure to cover the losses of victims, reduce the burden of polluters and the government's environmental pressure. In order to further improve the public recognition of environmental liability insurance, the best way is to explore the loss of environmental pollution and determine the premium of environmental pollution liability insurance based on non-life insurance theory. In this paper, the relationship of environmental pollution loss distributions was presented by Beta distribution cluster from the perspective of limit case and special case. The applicability of typical distribution was discussed about the fitting of loss distribution, which formed the steps of distribution fitting, and provided a more comprehensive selection method of environmental pollution loss distribution to reasonably determine the premium of environment pollution.
