一种基于非同轴线圈的距离适应无线电能传输方法 被引量:7

摘要 磁耦合谐振式(magnetically-coupled resonant,MCR)是一种适用于中距离无线电能传输的技术。该技术在传输距离变化时存在耦合状态变化的情况,随之造成的阻抗不匹配现象使系统的传输效率急剧下降。为了避免上述现象的发生,本文提出一种基于非同轴线圈的距离适应无线电能传输方法,通过该方法指导确定传输系统的驱动线圈参数,系统可以实现阻抗匹配,有效抑制因距离变化造成传输效率急剧下降的缺点,提高系统的传输性能,同时采用非同轴线圈结构可以减小驱动线圈圆周以外的导线寄生电感和高频交流电阻,降低系统损耗,减小系统发射端的体积,并且保证系统实际设计与理论计算实现高度匹配。仿真分析与实验结果均验证了该方法的有效性和准确性。 The magnetically-coupled resonant (MCR) technology is suitable for mid-range applications of wireless power transmission (WPT). In the practical applications of MCR, the coupling state changes with respect to the variation of transmission distances, which leads to the impedance mismatch, and consequently results in the rapid decrease of transmission efficiency. In order to avoid this phenomenon, a methodology of range-adaptive with a set of non-coaxial coils for WPT system was proposed, which can reasonably overcome the disadvantage of the transmission efficiency reduction due to the distance changing and improve the transmission performance of the system obviously. Meanwhile the parasitic inductance and high frequency AC resistance of unnecessary conductor in addition to coil′s circumference are avoided, and the system loss and the volume of the transmitter can be reduced. In addition, the practical design of WPT is well matched with the theoretical calculation through this methodology. The simulation and experiment results have verified the theoretical validity and accuracy of the methodology.
