摘要
为科学客观地评价港口起重机的安全状况,构建基于改进博弈论组合赋权TOPSIS法的起重机安全评价模型,运用改进博弈论组合赋权法在模糊层次分析法和信息熵-未确知测度理论确定的主、客观权重中寻找平衡,充分考虑专家经验与样本已知数据,确定综合权重优化TOPSIS模型,计算样本贴近度矩阵构造起重机安全评价模型,获取起重机安全状态级别,旨在对起重机系统发展变化势态进行更加准确的定量描述与比较分析。经实例分析对比,验证了该模型应用于起重机安全领域的有效性。
In order to evaluate the safety of port cranes scientifically and objectively, a crane safety evaluation model based on the improved game theory combination weighting TOPSIS method is established. By adopting the improved game theory combination weighting method, balance is found between subjective and objective weights determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and information entropy-unascertained measure theory. Expert experience and known data of samples are fully considered, combination weighting TOPSIS model is determined, the sample fitting matrix structure crane safety evaluation model is calculated, and the crane safety state level is obtained. Purpose of this paper is to carry out more accurate quantitative description and comparative analysis on the development and change trend of crane system. Through the analysis and comparison of examples, the effectiveness of the model in crane safety is verified.
