摘要
建立了捻制股中钢丝截面椭圆假设和非椭圆假设的两种数学模型,在两种不同假设基础上给出了钢丝间隙的合理定义,推导了钢丝间隙的两种计算公式。在不同捻角下用这两种计算公式进行计算,结果显示当钢丝捻角在一定范围之内,这两种模型的间隙很接近,但是当捻角超过一定数值时,钢丝间隙差异越来越大。因此,当捻角在一定范围之内时,为了简化计算过程,采用椭圆假设下的钢丝间隙计算公式即可满足工程要求,但当捻角超过一定范围时,需采用非椭圆假设下钢丝间隙计算公式才能求解出钢丝的精确间隙。
In this paper, two mathematical models of elliptical assumption and non-elliptical assumption of steel wire section in strand twisting are given. According to the two different assumptions, a reasonable definition of steel wire gap is provided, and two formulas for calculating the steel wire gap are deduced. The results show that when the twist angle of steel wire is within a certain range, the gap between the two models is very close, but when the twist angle exceeds a certain value, the gap difference between the two models becomes larger and larger. Therefore, when the twist angle is within a certain range, in order to simplify the calculation process, the steel wire gap calculation formula under the ellipse hypothesis can meet the engineering requirements, but when the twist angle exceeds a certain range, the steel wire gap calculation formula under the non-ellipse hypothesis must be used to obtain the accurate steel wire gap.
