摘要
文章基于“爆炸三要素”理论,阐述了防爆起重机检验过程中可能出现的危险因素,并从点燃源、氧气及可燃物质三个方面分别论述了控制措施及实现难度。通过分析得出,控制可燃物质(气体或粉尘)出现的最高浓度不超过爆炸下限的10%,成为防止防爆起重机检验过程中可燃物质爆炸的最佳选择。
Based on the theory of “three elements of explosion”, this paper gives detailed information on the possible dangerous factors during the explosion-proof crane inspection, and discusses the control measures and implementation difficulties from three aspects of ignition source, oxygen and combustible substances. According analyses, it is concluded that controlling the maximum concentration of combustible substances (gas or dust) not exceeding 10% of the lower explosive limit is the best choice to prevent the explosion of combustible substances during explosion-proof crane inspection.
