基于ARM的起重机专用嵌入式控制器设计

摘要 随着起重机控制功能的不断完善和管理部门管理要求的不断提高,从设计上到企业设备管理上均对起重机的控制和状态数据采集提出了新的要求,由于传统的的控制方式已经无法满足,因而设计了基于ARM的起重机专用嵌入式控制器。系统以高性能的ARM-cortex-M4嵌入式微控制器为核心,扩展了模拟量IO、数字量IO、编码器模块。以嵌入式实时操作系统freeRTOS为软件平台,实现了起重机控制的专有功能、数据采集、处理、存储等功能,并可通过通讯接口实时传输到云服务器或公司管理服务器。经测试,系统具有体积小、成本低、低功耗、实时采集传输等优点,在起重机控制和管理上具有广阔的应用前景。 With the ever-improving crane control function as well as more and more demanding management requirements, new requirements are put forward for crane control and state data acquisition from design to enterprise equipment management. As the traditional control method can no longer meet the requirements, an ARM-based crane dedicated embedded controller is designed. The system takes the high-performance ARM-cortex-M4 embedded microcontroller as the core and expands analog IO, digital IO and encoder modules. The embedded real-time operating system freeRTOS is used as the software platform to realize the proprietary functions of crane control, data acquisition, processing, storage and other functions, and data can be transmitted to the cloud server or company management server in real time through the communication interface. According to test, the system has the advantages of small volume, low cost, low power consumption, real-time acquisition and transmission, and has broad application prospects in crane control and management.
