摘要
纤维绳因具备质量轻、强度高、摩擦因数小、耐腐蚀性强等性能优点,已开始应用在起重机的起升绳中,并在起重机上具有广阔的发展前景。文中分别从拉伸性能、温度性能、耐久性能、耐腐蚀性能四个方面分析了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)纤维与纤维绳索的性能特点,并结合起重机的作业特征,从起重机的实际使用要求出发,研究了起重机起升用纤维绳的安全使用技术,为纤维绳的设计安全系数、卷扬匹配、使用环境、报废检测等问题提供了解决方法与建议。
Fiber ropes have been used as hoisting ropes of cranes for their light weight, high strength, small friction factor, strong corrosion resistance and other performance advantages, and such ropes have broad development prospects in cranes. In this paper, the performance characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) fibers and fiber ropes are analyzed from four aspects of tensile performance, temperature performance, durability and corrosion resistance. Combined with the operation characteristics of the crane, the safe use technology of fiber ropes for crane hoisting is studied according to the actual use requirements of the crane, which provides solutions and suggestions for the design safety factor, hoisting matching, use environment, scrap detection and other issues of fiber ropes.
