简述了自动化起重机控制系统的组成和保证起重机全自动运行的关键技术。现阶段船厂还未采用自动化起重机进行生产,将新的智能制造技术引入船厂是目前需要突破的技术壁垒,满足起重机无人化生产的完善系统组成和关键性技术应用是解决自动化起重机控制技术在船厂应用的决定性因素。

This paper briefly introduces the composition of the automatic crane control system and the key technologies to ensure the fully automatic operation of cranes. Currently, the fully automatic crane produce has not been adopted in shipyards. Introducing new intelligent manufacturing technology into the shipyard is a technical difficulty need to be solved. The well functioned system and key technologies that can satisfy unmanned crane production is the decisive factor to solve the application of automatic crane control technology in the shipyard.
