摘要
针对正面碰撞中发动机罩板结构进行仿真分析。发动机罩板是汽车正面碰撞中关键吸能部件之一,其变形吸能效果对碰撞车体侵入、保证车室完整保护乘员安全有重要影响。文中对3种不同结构的发动机罩板内板进行对比分析,通过ANSA软件对几何模型进行前处理,搭建碰撞有限元模型并计算分析。综合其变形及吸能效果及对其他部件影响等因素得出结论,结构A是其中的最优选择。
The simulation analysis of the hood plate structure in frontal collision is carried out. The hood plate is one of the key energy absorbing components in the frontal collision of the car. The deformation energy absorption effect has an important influence on the collision of the collision body and ensuring the safety of the occupant. In this paper, three inner hood plates with different structures are compared and analyzed. The geometric model is pre-processed by ANSA software, and the collision finite element model is built and calculated. Combining its deformation and energy absorption effects and the influence on other components, it is concluded that structure A is the best choice among them.
