从实际需要出发,并参考雨刮器标准试验项目,设计出一种可以实现多种试验项目的雨刮器试验台。试验项目主要包括刮擦频率试验、自动回位检查、压力检测试验、制动性试验和耐久试验等。文中介绍了雨刮器试验台的组成,包括工作站、雨水系统、压力检测系统和控制系统等;总结归纳了研制的雨刮器试验台的试验过程。根据所编制的程序,试验台能够完成雨刮器的多种试验。

Based on the actual needs and referring to the test items of standard of wipers, this paper designs a wiper test bench that can realize many kinds of test items of wipers. The test items mainly include sweep frequency test, automatic return check, pressure test, braking test and durability test. This paper introduces the composition of the wiper test bench, including workstation, rainwater system, pressure detection system and control system. This paper summarizes the wiper test process of the developed wiper test bench. According to the program, the test bench can complete various tests of wiper.
