含硫轻质原油油气回收工艺的优化

摘要 为研究我国进口的中东含硫原油油气回收情况,有效去除含硫成分,采用冷凝回收的方法,利用Aspen模拟研究该回收工艺的过程,并对冷凝回收工艺进行优化。研究结果显示:油气回收工艺中冷凝温度对于油气组分的回收率影响最大,冷凝过程运用三段冷凝工艺。三阶段温度分别为2℃、-50℃、-130℃,使油气回收率提高到84%以上。 In order to study the oil and gas recovery of sulfur crude oil imported from Middle East, and to effectively remove sulfur -containing components, the process of recovery process is studied using Aspen simulation, and the condensing recovery process is optimized. The research results show that the condensation temperature in the oil and gas recovery process has the greatest impact on the recovery rate of oil and gas components, and three-stage condensation process is used in the condensation process. The three-stage temperature is 2 ℃,-50 ℃, and -130 ℃, respectively, and the oil recovery rate is increased to over 84%.
