摘要
针对北方冬季的环境特点及现有的除冰雪装置的不足,设计了一种蒸汽除冰装置。该装置包括可拆卸的融冰机构、碎冰机构、清扫回收机构、车体、水箱、发电机。车厢中的水箱通过水管和注水阀为蒸汽发生装置提供水源。发电机通过线缆和电加热器为蒸汽发生装置提供能源,用蒸汽融冰。两个碎冰辊通过独立连接架连接构成碎冰机构。电动机带动清扫滚刷进行清扫。在液压缸的配合下,回收斗回收碎冰,完成清理工作。对碎冰辊进行有限元分析,证明其可以保证碎冰所需的强度,可以有效地代替人工去除道路表面的积雪和冰层。
A steam deicing device is designed for the environmental characteristics of the northern winter and the shortage of existing deicing devices. The device includes a detachable ice melting mechanism, a crushing ice mechanism, a cleaning and recycling mechanism, a vehicle body, a water tank, and a generator. The water tank in the cabin supplies water to the steam generating device through the water pipe and the water injection valve. The generator supplies energy to the steam generating unit through cables and electric heaters, and melts the ice with steam. Two crushing ice rollers are connected by a separate connecting frame to form a crushing ice mechanism. The motor drives the cleaning roller to clean it. With the cooperation of the hydraulic cylinder, the recovery bucket recovers the crushed ice and completes the cleaning work. The finite element analysis of the crushing ice roll proves that it can guarantee the strength required for crushing ice, and can effectively replace the snow and ice layer on the road surface.
