通过研究NX/Post Builder工具的应用和运用TCL语言定制圆弧输出时整圆半径采用IJ格式,非整圆采用R格式,螺旋下刀时采用IJK格式,可以避免以直线输出,提高数控程序的可靠性和可读性。

This paper studies the application of NX/Post Builder tool and using TCL language to customize the arc output, the whole circle radius is in IJ format, the non-whole circle is in R format, and the screw cutter is in IJK format, which can avoid linear output and improve the reliability and readability of NC program.
