摘要
针对当前毛竹采伐存在的劳动效率低、成本高等问题,提出了一种新型毛竹采伐装置的设计方案,对采伐装置的推顶机构、锯切机构和行走机构进行了设计研究。运用SolidWorks Simulation对推顶机构的推板进行了有限元静应力分析,并对行走机构的最大爬坡能力进行了计算分析,可为毛竹采伐装置的优化设计提供参考。
In view of the low labor efficiency and high cost of current moso bamboo harvesting, a design scheme of a new type of moso bamboo harvesting device is proposed. The design of the ejector mechanism, sawing mechanism and walking mechanism of the harvesting device is studied. The finite element static stress analysis of the pushing plate of the pushing mechanism is carried out by using SolidWorks Simulation, and the maximum climbing ability of the traveling mechanism is calculated and analyzed, which could provide reference for the optimization design of the moso bamboo harvesting device.
