带式输送电动机转子支架设计优化与疲劳分析

摘要 采用转轴类零件设计方法并根据相关产品的设计经验设计出转子支架方案,利用Pro/E建立参数化三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbe nch软件进行静力学计算,找出设计中的薄弱环节,对转子支架薄弱环节进行优化设计,确定转子支架最终结构尺寸,并对最终的转子支架进行疲劳分析,结果表明转子支架可满足设计要求,为产品提供了可靠的设计依据。 This paper designs the rotor bracket scheme by using the design method of the shaft parts and the design experience of related products. The parametric 3D model is built using Pro/E. ANSYS Workbench software is used to perform static calculations to identify weak points in the design. The optimal design of the weak part of the rotor support is carried out to determine the final structural dimensions of the rotor support, and the final rotor support is analyzed. The results show that the rotor support can meet the design requirements and provide a reliable design basis for the product.
